Cuprio Privacy Policy

misty-egg Y.K. ("we," "us," or "our") establishes this policy for user information handled by the smartphone application "Cuprio."

1. Information Handled

The app handles the following information locally on the user's device:

Calculation history
Application settings
Images selected as custom backgrounds
Background skin settings
Stored memory values

The app does not transmit this information to our servers. If the user enables device, Apple, or Google backup services, however, the OS provider or another service provider may back it up under that provider's own policy.

2. Purpose of Use

Providing calculator functions
Saving and displaying calculation history
Displaying background skins and custom images
Saving memory functions
Saving user preferences

3. Photos and Image Files

Cuprio allows users to select photos or image files as calculator backgrounds.
The app uses only photos or images selected by the user and does not transmit them to our servers.

4. Third-Party Sharing

Because the app has no function that enables us to collect the information above, we do not disclose it to third parties.

5. Analytics and External Services

The app contains no advertising SDK, third-party analytics SDK, or behavioral tracking tool integrated by us. Apple or Google may process information in connection with their stores, in-app purchases, and crash diagnostics under their respective privacy policies and the user's device settings. We do not receive payment card information.

6. Data Management

Calculation history, settings, and background images are stored locally and can be deleted or changed within the app. Deleting the app may delete stored information. Because we cannot access on-device data, we cannot view, restore, or delete it for the user.
